Helping the community learn and experience Korean language and culture since 2003

Founded in 2003 by Professor Joon Kim of the Ethnic Studies Department at Colorado State University (CSU), the Korean School of Fort Collins has been a hub for Korean language and cultural education in Northern Colorado. Our journey began at Aylesworth Hall, CSU.

In 2004, the Korean School of Fort Collins found its new home at the facility of the First Korean Church of Fort Collins, where we currently reside. This move has allowed us to continue our mission of providing quality Korean language and cultural education in a welcoming environment.

Experience Korean Culture & History

In 2007, the Korean School of Fort Collins became a member of the Colorado Association for Korean Schools (COAKS). This affiliation strengthens our commitment to quality education and cultural enrichment.

On September 18, 2014, the Korean School of Fort Collins achieved a significant milestone by becoming a non-profit organization. This transition solidified our dedication to serving the community and promoting Korean language and culture in a sustainable way.

Our legacy continues

With each passing year, our legacy at the Korean School of Fort Collins continues to grow and thrive. Together, we uphold a tradition of fostering cultural understanding and language education for all ages.

Join us in this longstanding journey of learning and experiencing the richness of Korea.
